NOTICE OF ZONING BOARD HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Upper Bern Township Zoning Hearing Board has scheduled a hearing on Monday, May 18, 2026, beginning at 3:00 PM, at the Upper Bern Township Municipal Building, 25 N. 5th Street, Shartlesville, PA 19554. 3:00 PM: The Applicants, Raymond and Heather Kuhn, are requesting a variance and related relief from the Upper Bern Township Zoning Ordinance to operate an AIRBNB/Short Term Rental on the subject property and parcel located at 410 N. Northkill Road, Hamburg, PA 19526, UPI No. 28445400114749. The property is located within the Blue Mountain Preserve (BMP) zoning district. 3:30 PM: The Applicants, Terry and Tina Shaner, are appealing a Notice of Violation dated March 5, 2026, issued by the Upper Bern Township Zoning Officer in reference to Applicants’ property located at 109 Roadside Drive in Upper Bern Township, UPI No. 28445300233693. Any person having standing and desiring to comment may appear and be heard. A copy of the hearing application is available for public examination at the Upper Bern Township Municipal Building during normal business hours.
