Upper Bern Township to Cut Taxes by Ten Percent

The Upper Bern Township Board of Supervisors adopted the 2023 Township Budget on November 10, 2022, which includes a tax cut of 10%. The balanced budget of $657,680.00 was adopted with a real estate tax decrease of .17 mills (from 1.65 to 1.48 mills).

The tax cut was made possible by responsible budgeting over the last several years. The Upper Bern Board of Supervisors wanted to pass the savings onto the residents for the second consecutive year.
